Estate sales are one of those things where you might only learn what they are because you end up needing one. The need for an estate sale might arise from a number of situations. Business liquidation, moving, purchasing a new property or business, down sizing, death, and inheritance are the main reasons someone might find themselves in need of having an estate sale.
When our services are requested, we try to make the process as easy and painless as possible. We set up and host the sale, and provide options for items leftover afterward.
We truly love having a part in an item's journey. So many things can be given a second (or third) life when placed in the hands of someone new. The entire process is enjoyable for us, and something we're passionate about. From the organization of the sale; to seeing the excitement on customers' faces when they find that perfect item they've been searching for; to the cleanup afterward and the relief we see on our clients' faces when the sale is finished -- we are truly glad to offer this service to our community.
We currently only offer our services in the Southwest Michigan area. We use our own staff and provide security services when we believe it will be necessary.
Normally, when we have performed a sale, we are paid a percentage of the end total. We do have multiple options for this, and offer a written contract. Please call or email us to learn more.
